I’m writing this blog post in English to please my American “Grandmother”, Jane. Hope that’s not a problem for the rest of my readers.
There are some of you who wanted me to tell you about my plans for the summer. Let me just say this; summer 2012 is going to be the best summer of my life. I’m not even kidding, it’s going to be amazing, and here is why…
July 2nd Helene and I are leaving for California (and Las Vegas, Nevada). We’re going to be in the US for three weeks!!! That’s 21 days in our all-time-favorite country!! I can’t even describe the feeling I get, just thinking about it… We’re staying with our “grandparents”, Jim and Jane. (Remember last summer when I went to Orlando? Jim and Jane were the ones I stayed with. – Together with Helene’s family.)

We are going to stay in nine different hotels. Hahaha! We’re planing on going to Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Desert, Buena Park, Las Vegas, Santa Clarita, San Francisco, Santa Maria and back to Los Angeles. I guess you can say that we utilize our time in the US pretty good. We’re going to experience so much; Hollywood, walk-of-fame, The Golden Gate Bridge, Six Flags and the thing I’m most excited about; I’m going to CENTRAL PERK (Friends-set) in Burbank!!! Oh Dear God. I’m going to sit in the same sofa as the cast from Friends did, while shooting. I’m going to cry.

Neither Helene nor I have been in California (or Nevada) before, and we’re beyond excited. Looking forward to something is the best, worst feeling ever. – Well, then imagine how we’re feeling; We booked our tickets in October!!!! We can’t wait any longer…… Today it’s 51 days ’till we’re leaving. I remember when Helene and I celebrated when there was 200 days left. Seems like a lifetime ago! I want the time go faster!

Six Flags, Magic Mountain.

Hollywood.
I remember Mom saying, “It’s about 16 hours on a plane, you’ll probably be exhausted”. I couldn’t help but laugh. I told her, “Mom, Helene and I aren’t going to be exhausted. Think about the houndreds of passengers, who has to listen to me and Helene chat for 16 hours straight”. Really, I actually feel bad for them. Nowhere to go! Hahaha!

Las Vegas, Nevada.
As you may understand, I’m super excited for this trip!!
Have you been in California/Nevada? – Anything I should know or do?
